This book serves as both a design timeline and an homage to Milton Glaser’s work. In it’s beginning stages it involved a great deal of research and writing, but his highly recognizable style of design and illustration lent itself to a concept that revolved around primary colors and hand drawn elements. I decided to try my own hand at illustration in this book to highlight Glaser’s love for traditional mediums like pencil and paper. The binding is nut-and-bolt, which felt to be an appropriate extension of his love for craft.
